ITV Love Island’s Adam Collard’s ex Rosie Williams sends warning to new girlfriend Laura Woods

Rosie Williams has broken her silence on Adam Collard's new romance as she issues a warning about his "toxic behaviour" to new girlfriend Laura Woods.

Rosie and Adam became romantically involved on the 2018 series of Love Island before Adam dumped her for Zara McDermott – in a move that saw the women's charity Women's Aid issue a statement accusing him of "'emotional abuse."

He later returned to the Love Island villa, as the show's first two-time islander in 2022, where he paired up with Paige Thorne, however after leaving together they soon split after he was accused of cheating on the paramedic.

And earlier this year Adam was romantically linked to his Celebs Go Dating co-star Lottie Moss, who later dubbed him as "manipulative."

Adam is now in a relationship with ITV and TNT sports presenter Laura Woods, who Rosie issued a warning to while discussing her ex's new romance with the MailOnline.

The former Love Island star told the outlet that she had already been aware of Laura from watching sports, adding that it was "incredible" to see women excelling in the sporting world.

She then hit out at Adam, telling the publication: "I was just as shocked as everyone else when I was told she was dating Adam. I was told, I don't actually have Adam on social media.

"Adam and I were short lived, and it was five years ago now but when he went back on Love Island the second time, I hoped that he didn't treat the girls the same way that he did with me and Zara McDermott… I hoped that he went on the show to find love as he said.

"Unfortunately, the same toxic pattern in his behaviour emerged… People like to tell me things and again in Celebs Go Dating, the exact same routine carried through, so he really hasn't changed. His TV appearances speak for themselves!"

Adding that she hopes Adam has actually changed this time, she finished: "I would hate for somebody else to get hurt by him."

Rosie's comments come after Adam recently opened up about his new relationship, telling The Mirror: "It's going great, you know. She's amazing and we are having a lot of fun. It feels like I'm living the dream."

And elsewhere, a source close to the TV star revealed to The Sun: "Adam couldn't wait to show off Laura to his friends. He'd only told those closest to him that there was something going on.

"Then as things started to progress, they didn't feel the need to hide what's going on. They're absolutely smitten with one another."
