Love Island All Stars weeks away as cheeky clip sees Maya Jama return as host
December 9, 2023Love Island fans will be thrilled to hear they'll be able to watch their favourites return to the villa once again – and pretty soon too.
A brand new trailer, which sees a silhouette of host Maya Jama walking towards a spotlight, has dropped ahead of the highly anticipated new series. Maya does the famous slow-mo walk towards it as a red curtain drops behind her with the words: "Love Island All Stars".
The same theme tune plays at the end of the clip, reminding viewers that this is the same classic Love Island – just with a twist.

The clip confirms the return of Maya as the host, who is gearing up to return to her role once again just one year after she first took over the gig. The new series will air in January 2024 – which means it's mere weeks until a line-up of previous islanders make their way back to the villa.
Love Island All Stars comes shortly after the US version of the show aired Love Island Games – but the concept will be very different. While Games had a sparring element to it, ITV's Love Island All Stars will be the usual live concept, with the public voting for their favourites.
But who is taking part in the iconic line-up is still yet to be confirmed, though with all the on-air break ups and behind-the-scenes hook ups from some past islanders, drama won't be amiss.
There has been a lot of speculation regarding who would go in the villa – though none have yet been confirmed, but it's fair to say some will be an automatic no. Many of the beloved ex islanders have moved on with separate relationships now so they would be unable to take part in the series.
Other iconic stars have become known for their couple status, and again wouldn't be able to take part, but there are a few that could still sign on the dotted line… Popular rumoured contestants include 'Messy Mitch', Chloe Burrows, Catherine Abaje, Jacques O'Neal and Georgia Steel just to name a few.
However, fans will need to wait until January to find out exactly who will be heading into the famous villa once again…
