TOTTENHAM have thrown away the most points from winning positions in Premier League history.

The North London outfit blew a whopping 451 points, two more than next highest Everton, with Chelsea in third.

In better news for Spurs fans, they have also GAINED the most points from losing positions since the top flight’s rebrand in 1992-93.

According to bookies Sky Bet, Spurs’ impressive haul of 427 is one more than next-best Manchester United.

Seven of those points belong to new chief Ange Postecoglou.

His side came from behind to take a draw off Brentford on the opening day as well as the full three points off Burnley and, famously on Saturday, Sheffield United.
