‘Women love getting their boobs out at my sexy nude spa – creepy men are banned’

December 2, 2023

The owner of a "female-empowered" nudist resort has revealed women love "freeing the nipple" at his erotic retreat because "creepy single men" are strictly banned.

Dewey Whol and his wife opened the Sea Mountain Nude Resort and Spa, which has locations in Las Vegas and Palm Springs, 20 years ago to offer a place where couples with an "open sense of sexuality" can strip off and let go. But unlike other nude resorts, Dewey claims Sea Mountain can provide more "liberation" for women because of its strict no-singles policy.

Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star, Dewey explained the rule means he can offer women a creep-free experience. He said: "There's never single men there. So, for example, a guy is much less likely to act out or become an ass if he's with his girlfriend or his wife, his partner, soulmate.

"Guys are pretty creepy but when they can't wander off and just be in the Jacuzzi by themselves. When you put them with a partner, their behavior changes." Dewey reveals the resort also has a "100% female empowered staff" who he describes as "goddesses".

Explaining the decision to make his nude resort female-centred, he said: "Some women are more liberated and they want to be with a group of men but the majority of women, they want to be with the one they came with and they don't want to be hit on." He claimed other nudist venues in Las Vegas make money by putting their female guests on display for men he says are looking for a strip club experience.

Dewey explained: "In Las Vegas, there are three pools that are topless pools. Women can have their breasts out, it costs $50 for a couple to go in there. Music, very expensive drinks, they can have their top off, 10% do, most don't. If you look across the bar there can be 500 men who've paid $100 to $500 to sit there and look at these guest’s breasts."

He added: "What just happened is that woman became entertainment, she became the fodder for these men who paid more to get to see her breasts. So in that kind of situation, it seems like the antithesis of what we're trying to create. Yeah, some women want to be looked at and great, some men want to be looked at, wonderful, but for people who don't really want that, it's weird to start making money off."

Clothing is banned inside Sea Mountain Nude Resort everywhere apart from the 24-hour dance lounges — where the dress code is lingerie or less. "We try to market it like if you think you've got something that might get you thrown out of a club or a bar because it shows a little too much, this is where you need to wear it," Dewey explains.

He revealed the policy is just another way his resort allows women to feel more liberated, adding: "A lot of women are nipple shamed, their nipples are showing. So they're seriously banned from certain bars or establishments.

"This is nipple empowered, free the nipple, because some women and every kind of woman, large morbidly obese women, they need to celebrate, they need to be able to wear something sheer or sexy and not have people snicker at them." But while he and his wife are proud to offer an erotic experience to their guests, who are allowed to get intimate wherever they please in the resort, Dewey insists he doesn't join in on the fun.

"I tell people that I'm the world's greatest chef, but I'm not allowed to taste my food," he said. He explains he quickly realised the resort was not his "playground" as wanted to be different to other nudist resort owners.

Dewey added: "Most lifestyle places, naked places, are built and run by men who invent these things to pick up women. I mean, it's just like that. So I didn't want to be like that and I didn't want people to come in to think 'this is his playground'. So it's not, we wanted to build something that was a fantasy."
