In his music career, he goes by the moniker Lil Whind.
Nunes was born on January 5, 1995, in Palmeira do Piaui, Brazil.
He is ranked fourth on a list for most subscribed YouTube channels from Brazil.

How did Whindersson Nunes become famous?
At the age of 15 Nunes created his YouTube channel with the aim of creating funny videos.
In 2012 he posted a parody of the song Alô vó, tô reprovado, which received five million views within a week.
Fellow Brazilian YouTuber Bob Nunes invited him to live with him, after he moved to Tersina.
In 2013 his channel was hacked and deleted, so he had to start from scratch and created a new account.

He starred as Ray Van in the Brazilian comedy Os Parcas in 2017 and in the sequel Os Parcas 2 in 2019.

In March 2023, Nunes announced he had signed with Kingpyn Boxing and that he would compete in the High Stakes Tournament.
After winning his fight against Polish boxer Filipek by technical knockout in round two, he fought in the semi-finals against British YouTuber King Kenny on July 1, 2023, in Dublin, Ireland.
King Kenny put on a dominant display and won the fight with a unanimous decision.
