Tommy's violent temper explodes again in EastEnders as he lashes out at Phil

A few weeks ago in EastEnders, Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) and Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) decided to work together to try and help Tommy (Sonny Kendall) manage his emotions.
The young lad had previously responded to a situation with anger and by punching his dad, prompting Alfie and Phil to organise some boxing lessons for Tommy.
Tommy faces his debut fight in upcoming episodes, but heโs fretting about Alfie turning up to watch.

Phil promises Tommy that his dad will be there and heads to the hospital to bring Alfie to The Boxing Den.
However, when Phil arrives, Alfie reveals that heโs in a bad shape after his operation and needs to recover away from his family โ in Spain.
Returning home, as Phil worries about breaking the news, he remains unaware that Tommy has overheard the conversation.
Angry and hurt, Tommy lashes out at Phil and calls him a liar.
Later in the week, while Phil chats to George (Colin Salmon) about giving Tommy some boxing lessons, Kat (Jessie Wallace) speaks to her son and tries to tell him that Alfie will come home.
However, due to Tommy being hurt multiple times in the past, he fails to believe her.
If Alfie does return, what state will his health be in?
