Married at First Sight UK 2023 stars have joined the cast of the E4 social experiment to find the one.

16 contestants will marry a stranger after meeting them for the first time at the alter.

However, viewers may recognise some of the brides and grooms from their stints on other reality TV shows.

Daily Star has taken a look back at some of the latest bunch of MAFS UK newlyweds who've tried their luck on finding romance on other programmes over the years.

Georges

Sports rehabilitator Georges enjoyed some one-on-one time with The Only Way Is Essex beauty Chloe Sims back in 2018 while filming E4's Celebs Go Dating.

During their flirty date, Georges told Chloe: "I have been in the South of France for my brother's wedding. My family have been all married in the church before, so it's now down to me to get married in that church.

"I think I would like to personally continue the family tradition. I'm all about weddings. I love weddings. I love St Tropez, I love weddings, I love churches. I love people called George" gushed Chloe at the time.

"Do you?" asked Georges, before Chloe added: "Yeah. I'm all about the George's."

Leaning in closer, the blonde bombshell adds: "And it would have been so nice to have seen the church that we're getting married in. That would have been so nice for me."

"Exactly, right? Well I'm glad you're on the same wavelength as me.'" Georges agreed, before the pair laugh giddily.

Despite hearing sharing their wedding plans, things didn't go to plan for Georges and Chloe.

Laura

Similarly to Georges, Laura has previously tried to find love on Celebs Go Dating.

Opening up about her TV past, Laura told The Sun: "I did Celebs Go Dating and I dated Angus in Made in Chelsea – I knew what it was all about.

"With Celebs Go Dating, I knew I wasn’t going to get married with it. If your intentions are pure, just because you’re doing it in the format of a show it doesn’t change that."

Nathanial

Nathaniel starred in Geordie Shore: Hot Single Summer – that post-lockdown Geordie Shore spin-off that was turned into a dating show back in 2021.

The Geordie crew were fresh out of lockdown and joined by a number of new single cast members and were sent on dates with them.

Nathanial was one of those singles and he's also appeared on E4's Young Free and Single as well as The Valley's Lateysha Grace's reality series, Million Dollar Baby.

In addition to starring in a handful of popular reality shows, his Instagram grid features the likes of Made in Chelsea hunk Miles Nazaire and Love Island 2020 star Natalia Zoppa.

"It was so tough as the language barrier is a huge thing for me, I normally use my words to impress, so having that taken from me I felt lost.

"After a couple days it got easier and I started to see connections developing between everyone in the villa but there was also intense rivalry."
