Coronation Street’s viewers all say the same thing as Daniel turns ‘bitter’

Coronation Street: Daniel and Ryan fight each other

Coronation Street viewers were left stunned by Daniel Osbourne’s (played by Rob Mallard) behaviour tonight after he turned nasty towards Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan). Daisy recently confessed to Daniel that she had an affair with Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) after feeling guilty he started to plan for their future.

Daniel has since kicked Daisy out of their flat and struggled to be around her, leaving any unexpected meetings tense. Tonight, Daniel’s dark side began to come out as they bumped into one another in the street and began a slanging match.

After bumping into one another, Daniel expressed: “I would invite you to come to lunch but I don’t want too. I am not good enough for you though clearly.

“Have you heard the latest? Ryan and Crystal are getting back together and going up to Glasgow to start a new life together, tomorrow Simon tells me.

“Still… further away from you the better I suppose. Dodged a bullet there. So, what now then? Suppose you just wait for the next sap to come along?”

Daisy responded: “No I don’t actually. I don’t need you or Ryan or anyone. Me and Jenny are going to open the pub without your money.”

Stunned, Daniel asked: “Really? Did you sell a cow for some magic beans or? Well, I look forward to the grand re-opening.

“I will stick it in my diary, it’s the 12th of never, isn’t it? It’s the same day that I will believe a single word that comes out of your mouth.”

Viewers of the soap took to their X accounts, formerly known as Twitter, to comment on Daniel’s behaviour.
