Victoria Beckham ‘p***ed off’ David almost missed son’s birth for photoshoot

Fashion designer Victoria Beckham has revealed she was “p****d off” when her ex-footballer husband David Beckham almost missed the birth of their son in favour of a celebrity photoshoot.
The singer, 49, was left fuming after David, 48, informed her he had to attend a shoot with A-list singers Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez at the same time she was supposed to give birth to their youngest son Cruz.
In their new Netflix documentary Beckham, Victoria recalled how her doctors had given her a date to have a C-section at a Madrid hospital, but that her husband had claimed he already had plans.
The sports star apparently told her he’d agreed to shoot a Pepsi advertisement with megastars Beyoncé and JLo, which understandably rubbed Victoria up the wrong way.
“What do you mean, a shoot?” she said, to which David replied: “Yeah, I’ve got to do a shoot with Jennifer Lopez and Beyoncé.”

Victoria then recalled: “I was like, ‘Are you.. Seriously, I’m about to burst, I’m on bed rest. Are you kidding me? You’ve got a damn photoshoot with Jennifer Lopez who is gorgeous and not about to have a baby.’”
David eventually made arrangements so he could be present for the birth of their son, but he still managed to further “p*** off” wife Victoria.
The star was not impressed when she saw photos of David posing with the two singers in newspapers and magazines.

In the documentary, she remembered: “So I had my C section and I remember lying there, don’t feel at my most gorgeous, let’s just say…
“And I remember someone showing me the front page of the newspaper, which was a gorgeous picture of David between Jennifer Lopez and Beyoncé and the headline was ‘What would Posh say?’
“Let me tell you what Posh would say. Posh was p***ed off.”
Beckham is a four-part Netflix documentary series about one of Britain’s most famous families.
It follows famous “it couple” David and Victoria, who were both A-listers in their own right when they married back in 1999.
The pair share four children: Brooklyn, 24, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 18 and Harper, 12.
Beckham is out now on Netflix.
