What a joy&#8217;, Menzies wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Friday morning. The Scot is\u00a0guaranteed \u00a37,500 even if he loses, and a whopping \u00a315,000 if he wins.<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of his second appearance at the PDC World Championships, Menzies told The Scottish Sun that he and Sherrock have already made a little bet between themselves on who can go furthest at Ally Pally.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Fallon has done more on the big stage than me,&#8217; Menzies told The Scottish Sun. &#8216;But we support each other. When you get beat you are down.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;We both know how the other feels after matches. I don&#8217;t know who will be cooking the turkey.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Usually I&#8217;m up in Scotland with the family but this year I&#8217;ll be down in England with Fallon. Basically the first one knocked out of the Worlds has to do the turkey!&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Menzies and Sherrock have been dating for a couple of years, having initially met on the darts circuit beforehand.<\/p>\n<p>Menzies revealed their pair met in an online league in Southampton before it &#8216;all starting off with a KFC&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Menzies told Sky Sports in an interview last year that they inspire each other in darts and practice together all the time.<\/p>\n<p>He said: &#8216;We enjoy our practice together and she is a very class player. She has done well for darts in general and is banging in 90 averages and 100 averages, the same as a lot of women.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I&#8217;m quite lucky I&#8217;ve got a very good partner who can play darts. It&#8217;s good in the house unless she beats me and I&#8217;ve got to make the food.
