The decision surprised some as earlier this year the first couple belatedly acknowledged Hunter Biden&#8217;s out-of-wedlock daughter, Navy Joan Roberts.<\/p>\n<p>The last two Christmases, the stockings took up prime position in the holiday display carrying the names of the first grandchildren and first pets.
