A WOMAN has revealed that she is 37 but hasn\u2019t aged in 10 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beauty fan Stef explained that her youthful looks are all thanks to seven simple tips, including two free tricks that have nothing to do with skincare.<\/p>\n

If you have tried every anti-ageing cream on the market and nothing has worked, Stef has created a fool-proof seven-step guide to look your best at any age. <\/p>\n

Sharing her advice on social media, the wellness and spirituality fan explained: \u201cHere\u2019s exactly what I did to stop ageing for 10 years.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cAgeing well is about taking care of your health, your mind, and your body.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cIt does require you to stay dedicated to being healthy, stress management, sleeping well, and stimulating collagen whenever possible.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cStarting young is also key as you produce more collagen and get more out of treatments when you're younger.\u201d<\/p>\n

The skincare whizz, who is also a meditation instructor, then revealed: \u201cSo I turned 37 last month and I have not aged in 10 years.<\/p>\n

\u201cMany of you have asked me what exactly I've done, and this is the whole breakdown.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo I started young. I started at 27. I wasn't good with skincare at all.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did treatments like PRP, PRF, micro-needling. I did a bunch of stuff very, very early.<\/p>\n

\u201cHalf of that stuff I wouldn't do now and I don't recommend, which I'll get into. But I did start early because collagen production is really good.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you're young, you produce a lot more collagen. When you're older, when you do these treatments for bio-stimulators, you don't produce as much collagen.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bio-stimulator treatments are non-surgical tweakments which involve injecting a mixture of platelet-rich plasma and hyaluronic acid deep into the dermis. <\/p>\n

This triggers the body's own natural self-healing response, plumping and lifting the skin.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou're not gonna get as much bang for your buck when you do these treatments. You're gonna need a lot more because of that. It was a lot cheaper to start earlier, so if you have the option, start early.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stef then stressed the importance of fitness and diet, as well as skincare, as she added: \u201cStart inside out – I took fitness and nutrition very seriously, early in my 20s and in my mid-twenties.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow, not so much. I'm not religious with it, but I get my veggies in, my vitamins.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI run around my toddler all day, so I'm on my feet all day as well.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cPrioritise some sort of exercise and nutrition. Basics, you know, everybody tells you that, it is super annoying, but it's true. It works.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cNext, you\u2019re gonna start biostimulators very early. Again, you wanna start these early so that you don't age.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe next<\/span> one is skincare. I don't spend a lot on skincare.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cIt's all Korean stuff and it's all very inexpensive, but it works really well.<\/p>\n

\u201cGet yourself a retinol, get yourself a sunscreen, get yourself some sort of acid, an AHA\/BHA\/PHA. All of those are really great.\u201d<\/p>\n

Not only this, but Stef also highlighted how reducing stress can help with ageing, as she continued: \u201cThe next one is very important – it's prioritising stress reduction and emotion process.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you leave emotions in your body, that's going to eat you.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur cells are talking to each other every day.<\/p>\n

\u201cMake sure you get enough rest, so sleep. Make sure you're in your body and it is comfy for you. A safe space.<\/p>\n

\u201cSelf-care is about creating safety in your body and not really pampering yourself, you know what I mean?<\/p>\n

\u201cFocus on pride<\/span>. Nobody gets in the way of my peace. This is how I don't have any resting lines. I don't have Botox.\u00a0 I don't use Botox.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @get_wavy, has clearly impressed many, as at the time of writing, it had amassed a whopping 114,300 views in just two days.<\/p>\n

Social media users were left open-mouthed at Stef\u2019s advice and many took to the comments to thank her for her recommendations.\u00a0<\/p>\n

One person said: \u201cIt\u2019s CRAZY how you're almost 40, you look fantastic!\u201d<\/p>\n

Another added: \u201cThis gives me hope, I started at 26.\u201d<\/p>\n

A third commented: \u201cSuch good tips thank you!!\u201d<\/p>\n
