FEW people can claim that they are a domestic goddess in the kitchen, with many of us relying on the same recipes for the majority of our meals.<\/p>\n
If you want to banish mid-week food boredom though, there is a surprisingly simple way you can mix up your meals.<\/p>\n

For those feeling guilty about their lack of culinary expertise, you aren\u2019t the only one.<\/p>\n
A new study by McCain\u2019s found that over half of adults struggle with midweek meals, with 60 per cent of adults admitting that they eat the same dinner four times a week. \u00a0<\/p>\n
It seems that we are doomed from the start though, with over 38 per cent of 18-24 year olds surveyed saying that they didn\u2019t plan their meals before popping to the shops.<\/p>\n
Shockingly, almost half of respondents (aged 35 and under) also confessed to not knowing what to cook before checking the cupboards after work.<\/p>\n
