She caused \u00a32,776.68 of damage to the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>She later walked past a black Ford Fiesta which also had its wheels on the pavement and scratched that too. Then she targeted a third vehicle &#8211; a silver Peugeot Partner van &#8211; because it was parked on the pavement.<\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Was your car targeted?<\/span><\/span><\/span><span><span> Email summer.goodkind@mailonline.co.uk\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/06\/10\/77452753-12715113-image-a-6_1699267922040.jpg\" height=\"850\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Sue Williams, 62, took her keys and scratched eight cars, including a Mercedes and a Range Rover Vogue belonging to strangers, when she went out for walks in her local neighbourhood<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/06\/10\/77452765-12715113-image-a-7_1699267926401.jpg\" height=\"470\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>It is believed she cause at least \u00a38,000 worth of damage and the court was told that the only explanation she could give was that she was &#8216;feeling menopausal&#8217; (stock image of road in West Kingsdown)<\/p>\n<p>But Williams&#8217; wanton destruction didn&#8217;t stop there and just eight days later she started targeting other cars parked on pavements.<\/p>\n<p>On March 26, she keyed a grey Mercedes causing \u00a31,453.66 of damage, then a blue Mini, causing \u00a3840 of damage and then she moved onto a Vauxhall Mokka causing \u00a3933 of damage.<\/p>\n<p>Later the same day, she spotted two more vehicles with their wheels on pavements and decided she would key those too.<\/p>\n<p>One was a white Fiat 500, which she caused \u00a3492.60 of damage to, and the other was a black Range Rover Vogue.<\/p>\n<p>She was later charged with eight counts of criminal damage and admitted all the offences when she appeared in court on August 14 and sentencing was adjourned.<\/p>\n<p>She returned to Medway Magistrates&#8217; Court on October 25 to hear her fate.<\/p>\n<p>Dylan Bradshaw, prosecuting, said all the vehicles which had been damaged were in close proximity to each other.<\/p>\n<p>He added: &#8216;The police were called on March 18 at about 4.20pm to a report a large scratch had been made along the entire length of the Seat and the offender was ID&#8217;d as the defendant.<\/p>\n<h3>READ MORE:\u00a0Mother-of-four, 45, caused \u00a31,000 of damage after keying car &#8216;parked too close to hers&#8217; in front of her children while on shopping trip<\/h3>\n<p>&#8216;Then there was another report and the Focus had also been keyed and there was a large scratch along the driver&#8217;s side.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Mr Bradshaw said on March 26 several more cars were keyed. The first car damaged was reported at about 1pm that day.<\/p>\n<p>He said a Mokka which was damaged had scratches along the entire length of the passenger side and there had been at least two scratches left on the Range Rover Vogue.<\/p>\n<p>Magistrates heard in total at least \u00a38,000 worth of damage had been caused to the eight cars, but some of the owners had gone through their insurance to have the repairs completed so it was not known exactly how much the total repair bill had come to.<\/p>\n<p>Stewart Lewis, defending, said his client had no previous convictions and that the only reason he could offer as the reason Williams keyed all the vehicles was because she may have been menopausal.<\/p>\n<p>He added: &#8216;It&#8217;s not been identified as such, but something happened in her mind to damage the vehicles. A substantial amount of damage was done.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;They were all parked on the pavement and it restricts people walking on the pavement.
