{"id":143006,"date":"2023-10-23T10:49:51","date_gmt":"2023-10-23T10:49:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theprojectsworld.com\/?p=143006"},"modified":"2023-10-23T10:49:51","modified_gmt":"2023-10-23T10:49:51","slug":"princess-eugenie-checks-social-posts-with-5-people-due-to-trolls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theprojectsworld.com\/lifestyle\/princess-eugenie-checks-social-posts-with-5-people-due-to-trolls\/","title":{"rendered":"Princess Eugenie checks social posts with 5 people due to trolls"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Princess Eugenie reveals fear of online trolls means she checks her social media posts with &#8216;about five people&#8217; before publishing them<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Royal mother-of-two, 33, appeared on the White Wine Question Time podcast\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>READ MORE: Princess Eugenie says people tell her she&#8217;s &#8216;better looking in person&#8217; after &#8216;terrible&#8217; photos were taken of her when she was younger<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Princess\u00a0Eugenie\u00a0has revealed that fear of online trolls means she checks her social media posts with &#8216;about five people&#8217; before publishing them.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the White Wine Question Time podcast, which is hosted by Kate Thornton, Eugenie also said she is careful not to &#8216;overpost&#8217; her family when it comes to social media.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>She revealed that she finds her Instagram, which she does herself, the &#8216;most stressful thing&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>The mother-of-two explained: &#8216;<span>Before I post, I text about five people to ask if it&#8217;s OK, am going to get trolled?&#8217;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Giving an example of receiving online pushback, she described once writing &#8216;your&#8217; instead of &#8216;you&#8217;re&#8217; on Instagram.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/23\/09\/76882971-12661123-image-m-2_1698049199990.jpg\" height=\"956\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Princess Eugenie reveals that she shares some images of her family (pictured) to show a different side to herself &#8211; but that she is wary about overposting<\/p>\n<p><span>Her use of incorrect grammar attracted attacks from fellow social media users.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Eugenie revealed: &#8216;I freaked out. Since then I&#8217;ve been really particular.&#8217;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>However, she has not stopped posting online entirely, and will share some images of herself and her family with her massive following of 1.8 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>She does so, she says, because she wants people to see that side to her, explaining: &#8216;<\/span>I think there has been so much misinformation and it&#8217;s so easy to judge something when you read it in the paper.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>However, she said: &#8216;I don&#8217;t want to overpost my children or family life, I&#8217;m constantly finding a balance.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Among the other issues Eugenie discussed on the podcast were body image and her appearance.<\/p>\n<p>After growing up in the spotlight, Eugenie also revealed that people tell her she is &#8216;better looking in real life&#8217; after being photographed in awkward moments over the years.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After growing up in the public eye, Eugenie joked about &#8216;terrible&#8217; photos of herself that had been taken in the past.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/23\/09\/76882973-12661123-image-m-4_1698049326068.jpg\" height=\"737\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The royal (pictured with sister Princess Beatrice, left) says she is wary about posting online because of social media attacks from trolls<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;There&#8217;s been terrible ugly shots of us coming out of bars,&#8217; she said.\u00a0 &#8216;People come up to me and say &#8216;you&#8217;re much better looking in real life&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Beatrice and I, like many of our cousins, have had a really awkward phases. I&#8217;m proud of my incredibly strange looks.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere in the interview, Eugenie spoke about her late grandmother and other members of her family.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Referring to the Queen&#8217;s James Bond\u00a0sketch during the London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony, Eugenie revealed she and the rest of the family had no idea their grandmother had filmed the bit.<\/p>\n<p>The sketch saw Her late Majesty joined by Daniel Craig&#8217;s 007 in Buckingham Palace as he collected the monarch and her Corgis for a special mission &#8211; which later saw her &#8216;skydive&#8217; into the Olympic Stadium and straight into her seat.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/23\/09\/76832693-12661123-The_Princess_reflected_on_some_terrible_photos_taken_of_her_in_a-a-6_1698049458262.jpg\" height=\"808\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The Princess spoke about her body image during the episode, saying that some bad photographs had been taken of her when she was younger<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Nobody knew&#8230; it was amazing,&#8217; she said. &#8216;We were all surprised.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>She added she loved watching her cousin Zara Tindall &#8211; or &#8216;Z&#8217;, as she refers to her &#8211; competing in the Games and won a silver medal in the Equestrian team event, which was presented to her by Princess Anne.<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere in the interview, Eugenie discussed the ways in which she had been influenced by her late grandmother.<\/p>\n<p>The Princess said: &#8216;She was just one of the best people in the world.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Her sense of duty and dedication and her love of her people, it really happened in public like you all saw, and it happened in private with us.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;We learnt how to do things from her as well, how to talk to people, how to stay strong and dutiful and kind, she really instilled in us.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/23\/09\/76831997-12661123-Princess_Eugenie_revealed_she_feels_pressure_when_posting_things-a-5_1698049404867.jpg\" height=\"497\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Princess Eugenie (pictured, left) also spoke about some of the women in her life during the podcast, including her sister Princess Beatrice (pictured, centre) and mother Sarah Ferguson (pictured, right)<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;When she died I said to people, how lucky I am to have a part of her in me.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about other members of her family, Eugenie revealed her closeness with Princess Beatrice, her older sister, whom she described as a &#8216;great mum&#8217; to daughter Sienna.<\/p>\n<p>The royal revealed she calls her sister for &#8216;nearly everything&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, she praised her mother, Sarah Ferguson, for instilling a need to &#8216;give back&#8217;
