Chas is struggling on the anniversary of Grace\u2019s death and is frustrated when her daughter insists on going to the swings instead of visiting Grace\u2019s grave. <\/p>\n
As Paddy reflects on how life has moved on at the graveyard, Chas is quietly in torment, feeling stuck in the past. Chas\u2019 offer of a drink with Paddy is rejected as he goes for lunch with Mandy, and she is left feeling completely alone. <\/p>\n
Later that day, Harry introduces himself to Chas as \u2018Simon\u2019, and buys her drink. They easily settle into each other\u2019s company while his intentions remain unclear. <\/p>\n
Bonding over their late children, Chas admits bringing \u2018Simon\u2019 home was a mistake and he kindly agrees to sleep on the sofa. <\/p>\n
When Chas heads upstairs, Harry searches the backroom, looking coldly at a photo of her and Caleb.<\/p>\n
There\u2019s a warm moment between Tom and Belle as they prepare to start their new life together.<\/p>\n

\u2018Simon\u2019 heads out of the Woolpack, but not before he\u2019s caught by unimpressed Paddy. Chas is unwilling to talk about Simon. <\/p>\n
Later, rebuffed by Chas\u2019 earlier defiance, Paddy tells Chas that Eve wants to live with him from now on. Chas puts her foot in it with a comment about Mandy\u2019s motherhood and is forced to leave Eve in Tenants with worried Paddy. <\/p>\n
Outside the house, with tears streaming down her face, Chas calls \u2018Simon\u2019.<\/p>\n
Charles tries to apologise to Tom.<\/p>\n

Reconnecting with Craig at his offices, Samson asks questions about why he was let go from his work experience. <\/p>\n
Craig uses this opportunity to manipulate the story to suit his fabricated version of events. <\/p>\n
Soon leading Samson to believe something happened between him and Lydia. Craig is grimly satisfied to have manipulated Samson as he welcomes him back to his work experience. <\/p>\n
Speaking too loudly and too openly on the phone to Cathy outside Dingles, Samson is overheard by Mandy, and she confronts him about what\u2019s going on with Lydia and Craig. <\/p>\n
Believing from Samson that Lydia and Craig may have been having an affair, Mandy\u2019s determined to find out the truth.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Despite a phase of their mysterious plan being completed, Cain and Caleb remain on edge.<\/strong><\/p>\n Having heard Mack\u2019s engagement news, Charity turns on the charm with flustered Liam demanding he take her out that evening. <\/p>\n Bob\u2019s frosty as he serves Charity and Liam on their date at the B&B, but when Chloe and Mack arrive and are seated on the table next to them. Jealousy soon rises and Charity\u2019s fa\u00e7ade breaks as she lashes out at Liam.\u00a0<\/p>\n Lydia\u2019s horrified when upset Mandy confronts her and asks if she\u2019s been having an affair with Craig. <\/p>\n Angry and upset, Lydia rushes from Dingles in a panic after shutting down worried but unconvinced Mandy\u2019s accusations. <\/p>\n Later, Kim is alarmed to see sobbing Lydia, who is unable to withstand Craig\u2019s lies any longer and admits what happened. <\/p>\n Realising her life has changed forever, Lydia\u2019s heartbroken when Kim eventually tells her she\u2019ll need to tell Sam about the rape. But will Kim\u2019s pleading get through to Lydia?<\/p>\n Despite her best efforts to avoid Chloe, Charity is dragged into a conversation in the playground, before a cry from Reuben and a hot temperature makes paranoid Chloe worry for her son. <\/p>\n Soon recalling his meningitis, and with no one else to ask, panicking Chloe begs reluctant Charity to take her and unwell Reuben to the hospital. Once there, guilty and awkward Charity does her best to comfort thankful Chloe. <\/p>\n After Reuben is given the all clear, overwhelmed Chloe is glad to be clearing the air with guilty Charity. <\/p>\n Will Charity take this opportunity to tell her the truth about her fling with Mack?\u00a0<\/p>\n Cain and Caleb head into the abandoned Wylie\u2019s Farm on mysterious business.<\/p>\n Moira is suspicious over what is going on with Cain and Caleb but will she get to the truth?<\/p>\n Jai makes a confession, while there\u2019s a fresh struggle for Chloe after the hospital drama.<\/p>\n Lydia\u2019s ordeal continues.<\/p>\nThursday \u00a0October\u00a0<\/strong>5<\/h2>\n
