<\/p>\nA SAVVY mum has become a viral sensation after sharing her simple and cheap recipes on social media.<\/p>\n
Renu Bhardwaj, from Glasgow, works full-time for the University of the West of Scotland but has become a successful food blogger in her spare time. <\/p>\n

The mum of two has amassed 131,000 dedicated followers on Instagram (@hey_renu) where she shares mouth-watering but budget-friendly meal creations – including \u00a31 Tandoori roasties.<\/p>\n
Her six-minute air fryer oat cookie recipe has been viewed an impressive 18.5million views.<\/p>\n
Andthe 43-year-old relationship manager's 50p garlic and chilli pasta is a huge hit with food fans.<\/p>\n
The meal takes less than 10 minutes to make and uses just nine ingredients – including oil, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n
Renu said: \u201cFor a quick lunch that hits the spot, it\u2019s my version of the viral garlic noodles, this bangs and it\u2019s really spicy.<\/p>\n
\u201cInspired my by \u00a31 chilli oil, but a little crisper.<\/p>\n
\u201cMake it a meal by adding any protein but it\u2019s perfect this way.\u201d<\/p>\n
As the cost of living crisis sees families continue to feel the squeeze, the bargain recipe is a delicious way to cut down your shopping bill.<\/p>\n
