On joining the Corrie cast earlier this summer, Steph declared: "I am absolutely delighted to be joining the cast of Coronation Street, playing the part of Courtney Vance. <\/p>\n
"Growing up I have always watched and loved the show, so to be part of the biggest TV soap in Britain, which is in the hearts and homes of so many people, is an honour."<\/p>\n

Titled Wants Me, the actress shared her story behind the belting track, which she penned outside a coffee shop in East London. <\/p>\n
"I wrote this song stood outside a coffee shop in Hackney watching the world go by," she explained. "So many people hurrying in different directions to get to places where they need to be with so many things going on in their own lives.
It\u2019s funny how life changes so quickly and you can suddenly find yourself in a completely different place to where you were once at. Feelings are temporary\u2026Remember that!<\/p>\n
