First Lady Jill Biden is traveling with President Joe Biden to Buffalo, New York in the wake of the mass shooting that killed ten people and injured three others on May 14, 2022.
The President and First Lady are expected to arrive at 10am on May 17 and will first head to Tops on Jefferson where the mass shooting took place.
They will then visit the Delavan Grider Community Center where Joe Biden will give a speech and meet with the victim’s families, police, first responders, and community leaders.
Payton Gendron, 18, entered the Tops Friendly Market on May 14 at about 2.30pm in what police are calling a hate crime.
