Police are investigating the sudden death of a child who suffered a cardiac arrest at a traveller site.
Wiltshire Police say that a girl suffered a cardiac arrest at an address in Southwick, Trowbride, and sadly passed away at the scene on February 25.
A man in his 40s, of Poplar Tree Lane, is said to be helping police with their enquiries.
Detective Inspector Debbie Hatch said: ‘This is a tragic incident and our thoughts are with the girl’s family at this incredibly sad time.
‘We are still in the very early stages of our investigation, and It would be inappropriate for me to comment further at this time.’
