A MYSTERY Good Samaritan is paying for strangers' food at McDonald's.
The woman has been hailed as a "legend" for buying meals at the drive-thru in Melton, Leicestershire.
She drives off leaving stunned customers to find out she has settled their bills when they try to pay, Leicestershire Live reports.
Alice Hack, 23, had her £12 McDonald's drive-thru meal paid by the woman on Wednesday.
She said: "I was queuing in the drive-thru getting a meal for myself and my mum at about 5pm.
"I ordered the meal then got to the window where you pay.

“I was about to pay when the server said: 'No need to pay. The woman in the car in front has paid your bill.'
“I could not believe it at first. I looked but the car had already gone. I have absolutely no idea who this woman is but she is a legend."
She added: "It is lovely to be the lucky person who gets a random act of kindness like this.
“We are living in difficult times and this really cheered me up."
It is not know why the fast-food Good Samaritan is splashing out onstrangers' burgers and fries.
Alice posted on Facebook about the woman paying for her food, with social media users hailing her "very generous" good deeds.
One suggested the woman had paid for at least four people’s meals at the drive-thru recently.
Michael Bugby said the mystery McDonald's' paid for his £16 meal at the same drive-thru last week.

“Myself and my partner Sarah went for a cheeky McDonald’s breakfast after the school run and ordered,” he said.
“When we got to the window to pay the chap said the woman in the car in front had paid for our meal.
“It’s amazing. I didn’t think people did that sort of thing these days.
“We think it is the same woman who keeps doing this. It’s very generous.”
A shift manager at the Melton McDonalds said: "We have seen the messages on Facebook about this mystery woman paying for other people’s meals.
“It is such a nice thing to do.
"We love having happy customers so it is great for everyone that this generous person is doing this.”
