Mr Narang highlighted the McDonald’s order fail on Facebook, posting a video of himself unwrapping the cheeseburger on the local page ‘Southall Name Shame to Fame’.
The shocking footage shows the customer explaining his order, saying: ‘When you ask McDonalds for a cheeseburger with no onions, no pickle and no mustard.’
While taking the burger out of its packaging, the 32-year-old man rages: ‘Instead, they gave us a f****** burger with no onions, no pickle and no mustard.
‘But extra cheese and no burger in it.’
The scanty meal is then shown, with Mr Narang exclaiming: ‘What the hell is that s***!’
Mr Narang received packaging that detailed the order as ‘only ketchup’ and ‘extra cheese’. The customer said his trip was a ‘waste of time, money and effort’, after his order was replaced

Stunned social media users reacted to the footage, with one posting: ‘Omg!’
Another commented: ‘Hahaha they did this to me – also to a happy meal they forgot the main bits the chips and chicken nuggets lol’.
A third added: ‘Wow!’
According to Deadline News, Mr Narang later explained: ‘The other half wanted a cheeseburger. She normally asks for a cheeseburger with no onions, no mustard, no pickle and extra cheese. We’ve been doing that for years.
‘She always orders the same with no difficulty. Somehow yesterday they did the same and they took out the patty too.
‘As soon as she opened the pack surprise surprise we have a cheese sandwich in a burger bun.’
Mr Narang described the trip to replace his burger as a ‘waste of time, money and effort’, saying he did not receive an apology for the apparent mistake.
He added: ‘We went back to the Broadway McDonalds. They replaced it but the person was determined we were wrong.
‘Anyone would be annoyed with this situation. I have to check my food before I even leave the drive through every time. Because it’s like the lottery you never know your chances.
‘It was a waste of money, time and effort which I shouldn’t have had to do if they did their job properly. Also I didn’t get anything as an apology for the inconvenience caused. I will be checking even the smallest orders from now on before leaving.’
