Inside multi-million empire of Donald Trump’s kids as onlookers all say the same thing about Barron at Ivana funeral | The Sun

July 21, 2022

DONALD Trump's family gathered together yesterday to pay tribute at the funeral of the former president's first wife, Ivana.

The billionaire businessman, his wife Melania and his five children were spotted outside following the services at Manhattan's St Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church.

The funeral of 73-year-old Ivana – who died last week following a fall at her New York home – was a rare public gathering of the five Trump children, who are collectively worth £830million.

The powerful family have made sure they have secured a slice of their dad's massive fortune and former First Lady Melania reportedly negotiated a larger financial stake for 16-year-old son Barron – who towered over his parents at the ceremony – after Trump was elected president.

In a 2020 book, The Art of Her Deal: The Untold Story of Melania Trump, author Mary Jordan claimed the former model "delayed her move to the White House to force Donald Trump to re-do their prenup and ensured Barron was equal to his siblings."

Former President Donald Trump – worth $2.5billion, according to Forbes – has refused to release his tax records, even though the Supreme Court denied his bid to conceal them.

Three of his children – Ivanka, Don Jr, and Eric – are with ex-wife Ivana Trump, while Tiffany is from ex Marla Maples, and his youngest child, Barron, is with current wife Melania.

Here's what the super-rich Trump kids are worth today.

Donald Trump Jr

Donald Trump Jr, 44, is the eldest of Trump's children. He has supervised building projects, which included 40 Wall Street, Trump International Hotel and Tower, and Trump Park Avenue.

Donald Jr – who had five children with first wife Vanessa and is now dating Kimberly Guilfoyle – has also presided over a number of business failures including Trump Mortgage, which collapsed after a year, and vanity publisher Cambridge Who's Who.

In 2017, after Donald Trump became president, it was announced that Don Jr and his brother Eric would oversee a trust that included the Trump Organization's assets.

According to the Foreign Policy article, he had an estimated net worth of £167million in 2021.

Ivanka Trump

Ivanka, 40, joined the Trump Organisation in 2005, walking straight in as Executive Vice President of Development and Acquisitions.

She launched her own jewellery, shoe and apparel lines soon after, but the company shut down in 2018 after being dropped by numerous department stores for poor sales.

She is also the author of two self-help books and had a short-lived modelling career.

After her father's inauguration, Ivanka was given the title First Daughter and Advisor to the President, although she took no salary.

Ivanka is married to real estate developer and entrepreneur Jared Kushner, who also served as a Trump Senior Advisor, and they have three children. Together the two were estimated in 2021 to have a net worth of about £620million.

Eric Trump

Eric Trump, 38, also runs the family business – despite once slamming Joe Biden's son for profiting from nepotism.

"Why is it that every family goes into politics and enriches themselves?" he complained, two years after being made Executive Vice President of the family firm following his dad's move to the White House.

Eric – who is married to TV executive Lara and has two kids aged five and three – had an estimated worth between £125million and £250million in 2021, Foreign Policy reported.

Tiffany Trump

Tiffany, 28, is Trump's only child by second wife Marla Marples, and was named after the famous jeweller.

She launched a music career, in 2011, with her single Like A Bird, which flopped, before working as an intern for Vogue.

She has a law degree and currently works as a research assistant at her former university in Georgetown.

The Foreign Policy article put 28-year-old Tiffany Trump's estimated worth at about £500,000.

Barron Trump

While it is harder to estimate what 16-year-old son Barron is worth since he's still a student, it was revealed that mother, Melania, renegotiated an existing prenup before moving to the White House.

Mary Jordan, Pulitzer Prize winner and author of The Art of Her Deal: The Untold Story of Melania Trump, claims Melania used her delayed arrival to the White House after her husband was elected as leverage.

She allegedly needed time to cool off after her husband's sexual exploits were exposed, and “to amend her financial arrangement with Trump — what Melania referred to as ‘taking care of Barron,’ ” Jordan wrote in her book.

Barron could now reportedly be set to inherit £68million.

Forbes says that the Trump children own virtually none of the Trump Organization’s vast holdings. The only major venture in which the president had apparently included his family was the now sold Trump International Hotel in Washington, DC.

It sold for £315million to Florida-based CGI Merchant Group at a £85million profit, which directly benefits the Trump family.

The three oldest children had reported 7.5 percent interests, which would translate to about £12.5million after debt, according to Forbes.

Another report finds that if Trump were to die today, his heirs would likely find themselves stuck with more than £1.1billion in state and federal estate taxes.

Forbes says that may require them to sell off the Trump Organization’s entire New York City real estate portfolio, or take on a cash flow-suffocating loan to cover it.
