SWAP CHIPS FOR SALAD

  • FEWER chips. Fill the space on plate with veg.
  • SHARE rice or naan between two, add salad.
  • NEVER supersize a meal. Staff are trained to tempt you into it.
  • EAT slowly. It does help you feel fuller sooner.
