THESE are the five chilling details in the fatal stabbing of UCLA student Brianna Kupfer from creepy CCTV footage to the suspect's doctor's visit.

The body of Brianna Kupfer — a UCLA grad student who worked at the high-end furniture store Croft House, in Los Angeles — was found on January 13, 2022.

Kupfer, 24, had passed away after a man, who is believed to be homeless, came into the store and stabbed her to death.

She was discovered by a customer 20 minutes later but pronounced dead on the scene, according to Fox 11.

As an investigation remains underway by The Los Angeles Police Department and West Bureau Homicide detectives, frightening details have been revealed.

The suspect was last seen on surveillance footage just north of an alley behind the furniture store.

Detectives with the Los Angeles Police Department have determined the suspect was not known to the victim, an LAPD news release explains.

Police also determined the suspect randomly walked into the store before attacking Kupfer with a knife.

In the CCTV footage, the suspect is seen leaving the crime scene wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, a white N-95 mask, skinny jeans, sunglasses, and dark shoes, KTLA reported.

The suspect reportedly walked into a doctor's office shortly before the fatal attack.

Dr. Jennifer Botelho told CBS Los Angeles about her brief encounter with the suspect.

Her office is located near the furniture store where the attack took place.

Botelho described the young woman's tragic death to CBSLA as "terrifying" and "horrible."

"She’s such a young girl," she said. "We feel so horrible for Brianna’s family, and hope we can catch this guy.”

Dr. Botelho revealed to CBSLA what the suspect said when he walked into her office.

She told the news outlet: "He came in and asked a couple of questions:

"'Do you do orthopedics here?' What kind of care we provide, and then he left.

"So he was just here for a few minutes."

At this time, it remains unclear who fatally stabbed Kupfer.

The suspect reportedly fled the scene by going through the back door of the furniture store and then calmly walking down an alley.

The motive for the attack also remains unclear.

"The suspect is described as a male Black, unknown age, tall, thin, wearing a dark hoody, sunglasses, a white N-95 mask, dark skinny jeans, dark shoes and carrying a dark back pack," police said in a January 14 news release.

"Based on evidence discovered by detectives, the suspect is believed to be homeless."

Kupfer's dad, Todd Kupfer, said his daughter was planning to fly out to New York on the day she was pronounced dead.

He said she was killed hours before her planned flight, the New York Post reported.

She was planning to visit for her friend's birthday party.

Police are urging anyone with information on the shooting to call West Bureau Homicide investigators at 213-382-9470.
