Crown Princess Mary has shared a sweet Christmas message as the Danish royal family returns to Australia for the first time in five years to celebrate the holiday.
In a family photo shared to Instagram on Friday, Princess Mary, 50, is seen beaming next to her husband Crown Prince Frederik, and their children Christian, 17, Isabella, 15 and twins Vincent and Josephine, 11, as they sat in front of an incredible view of Hobart.
‘Merry Christmas from “Down Under” – where we celebrate Christmas in Tasmania,’ the post read.
‘Here it is neither frostbite nor just trees but summer and warm weather.’

The future Queen of Denmark and her family also enjoyed a dip at Palm Beach, in the city’s northern beaches.
While taking a dip, Princess Mary wore an olive-coloured swimsuit and enjoyed the warm weather by jumping off a rock into the sea.
