Jackass star Brandon ‘Bam’ Margera has left intoxicated calls to family members telling them he hates them as he remains on the run with his girlfriend and her eight-year-old daughter.
The troubled pro-skater fled into the woods near his $1.1million Pennsylvania castle after he allegedly got into a fight with his brother Jesse, who has said Bam struck him multiple times in the head and threatened to kill him.
Authorities have still not been able to track down the 43-year-old, whose family has said he is on the run with his girlfriend and her daughter.
But a source close to the family told TMZ Margera, who does not have a phone on him, has been making ‘intoxicated’ calls to his family telling them how much he hates them for putting him in a Florida treatment center last year.
He has also accused them of selling his home and stealing his money, the unnamed source said, noting that Margera trusts nobody and has threatened to sue his family for the money he claims they stole from him.

Still, his family says, Margera has not disclosed his location to them, and cops are now interviewing people to try to determine his whereabouts.
But, the Pennsylvania State Police have reportedly told the family they are not working to ping his girlfriend’s cellphone because the case is not a priority.
Authorities have said troopers responded to a reported disturbance Sunday morning near Margera’s $1.1 million Pocopson Township castle, where an alleged victim said they got into a physical altercation with the Jackass star and suffered minor injuries as a result.
But when police arrived on the scene, they said, Margera had already fled into a nearby wooded area.
A police report filed in the aftermath shows that Margera began to bang on his brother Jesse’s bedroom door at 8am that morning, leaving a disturbing note in his wake.
It read: ‘If you even f***ing think of calling the police on me I will officially f*** you up.’
Jess – best known as the drummer for the rock band CKY – said that he found the note and walk downstairs to discover Bam urinating into a kitchen sink, which led to a fight breaking out.
Bam allegedly began to beat Jess, striking him multiple times on his head, with Jesse showing multiple visible injuries.
He claims that after the fight, Bam continued his rage, saying: ‘I’ll kill you. I’ll put a bullet in your head.’
Bam also allegedly said he’d kill everyone else in the home, including the Margera brothers’ father Phil and two unidentified women before he fled.
Margera is now wanted in Pennsylvania on a warrant charging him with four misdemeanor counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, one count of simple assault and a final court of harassment while subjecting another to physical contact

Following the altercation, Margera fled into the nearby woods and has not yet been located
The altercation reportedly came as Margera’s friends had been urging him to get help after a failed intervention in San Diego earlier this month, following his recent arrest.
Despite their best efforts, Bam, who has dealt with substance abuse issues and violent behavior in recent years, reportedly ‘blew the whole thing up.’
While a source told TMZ that the actor ‘seemed receptive at first’ things went south following some logistical issues, including where his current girlfriend would live if he was receiving treatment.
The insider noted that the father-of-one’s loved ones are ‘worried about him’ and want him ‘to help get him back into rehab.’
His estranged wife Nicole Boyd was said to be involved during the intervention as she agreed to allow visitations with their son Phoenix, five, if he remained sober.
TMZ reported this ‘upset’ his girlfriend, who then ‘kicked everyone out.’
Jess now says he is worried about his brother, who has a warrant out for his arrest in Pennsylvania. It charges him with four misdemeanor counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, one count of simple assault and a final court of harassment while subjecting another to physical contact.
In a series of tweets on Wednesday, he said his brother is addicted to meth and has become ‘unrecognizable,’ noting that he doesn’t know what Bam is ‘capable of.’
He said he has seen Bam ‘screaming [at] a person that wasn’t there, hallucinating,’ saying ‘it’s really scary and heartbreaking.’
Jesse then went on to say that while he is worried about his brother he is more worried about the child in their care, tweeting: ‘I can’t even imagine the environment in that car right now.’
But, he says, he is ‘trying to stay positive’ because Bam is the ‘sweetest guy.’

Margera’s most recent legal troubles come just weeks after he was arrested in California for public intoxication, when he got into a shouting match with an unidentified woman at a Thai restaurant in Burbank.
In video of that confrontation filmed by comedian Evan Breen, the former pro skateboarder could be seen going back into the restaurant and then out of it again after police had arrived.
At an officer’s request, Margera sat down on the ground in the parking lot, and although his conversation with the officer couldn’t be heard, he could be seen waving his arms about and gesticulating wildly.
The arrest may have been preceded by some kind of family drama, as Margera’s estranged wife Nikki and their son Phoenix were both in the restaurant, according to a witness on the scene.
However, police didn’t clarify if he was arguing with his ex, or if it was another woman.
The sources added that Margera would be forced to pay $500 to be released early on bail, unless he opts to stay behind bars until sobering up.

In the aftermath, sources told TMZ that Nicole is looking into filing for legal protection against him in order to protect herself and their son
In the aftermath, sources told TMZ that his estranged wife is looking into filing for legal protection against him in order to protect herself and their five-year-old son Phoenix.
She had told the site that the incident ‘was scary for me and even more scary for Phoenix,’ adding that it was a shame as ‘the visitation that Bam had with Phoenix the prior day in Hollywood went reasonably well.’
Nicole claimed her famous husband had arrived at the restaurant intoxicated and belligerent as she explained: ‘This is the umpteenth time that Bam takes one step forward and ten steps back.’
Her attorney David Glass told TMZ that they had been trying to work with Bam on setting up regular visitation for their child but it was contingent on him staying sober and treating her with respect — something they say Margera has refused to do.
Boyd had filed for divorce from Margera in February of this year after claiming that he was not sober during a visit with his son.
She has requested legal and physical custody of Phoenix, though she says Margera should still be allowed to have supervised visits with his son in the Los Angeles area.
