Who is Laurence Henry?
Laurence Henry, 25, is the winner of MasterChef: The Professionals 2018.
He currently works as a junior sous chef for Michelin star restaurant Sat Bains in Lenton Lane, Nottingham.
The talented cook beat 48 other chefs to win the competition and ended up in the final with Dean Banks and Oli.
Speaking after his win Laurence said: "I'm still in shock to be fair, it feels incredible."
Judge Gregg Wallace added: "For a chef so young he is an immense talent.
"He has a hunger for knowledge and he is willing to push himself until he accomplishes greatness."
How did Laurence Henry win MasterChef: The Professionals?
In the final Laurence had to impress the judges with a three course meal.
For starter he made hand-dived scallop with marinated cherry tomatoes, roast tomato dashi, strawberries and coriander oil seasoned with sansho pepper.
For the main he prepared loin and belly of suckling pig with a kimchi glaze and braised fermented hispi cabbage hearts, Nashi pear puree and sliced pears.
Finally, for dessert, he served up an aerated mint white chocolate, lemongrass and coconut ice cream, with passion fruit ripple and caramelised white chocolate crumb.

MasterChef fans cried tears of happiness when Laurence won the show and took to Twitter to voice their support.
One wrote: "OMG YESSSS!!! WELL DONE LAWRENCE!! I'm literally crying!!"
