Krishnan's most famous interview was with Robert Downey Junior who was promoting Avengers: Age of Ultron in 2015.
When Krishnan veered on to the topic of the actor's personal life and particularly his past substance abuse, Downey became visibly agitated before getting up and walking out declaring: "It's getting a little Diane Sawyer in here, and you're a bit of a schmuck".

Second to the iconic Robert Downey Junior incident is the journalist's interview with filmmaker Quentin Tarantino in 2013.
Again the director – who was promoting Django Unchained – didn't take too well to Guru-Murthy's questioning.
He had asked Tarantino about the link between film and violence but the director refused to engage.
Clearly annoyed he declared: "I'm not doing this, I'm not taking the bait
"I refuse your question. I'm not your slave and you're not my master.
"You can't make me dance to your tune. I'm not a monkey."
Tarantino continued "It's none of your damn business what I think about that! … And I'm shutting your butt down."
The following year, in October 2014, Gury-Murthy interviewed actor-director Richard Ayoade who became increasingly nonplussed during the interview, even referencing Krishnan's train wreck interview with Tarantino.
Another significant interview was one with former Labour MP Jim Devine in February 2010.
Guru-Murthy quizzed him on his expenses prompting the politician to admit to "moving money around."
The interview became key evidence in court in Devine's fraud case – for which he was then sentenced to sixteen months in jail.
