Virgin River season three is just three days away from dropping on Netflix and fans have so many questions they want answered. Season two ended with Jack Sheridan (played by Martin Henderson) bleeding out on the floor of his bar after being shot. And the mystery culprit behind the shooting could play out “over several seasons” according to a showrunner. There has also been some speculation about Jack’s brother, Dan ‘Brady’ (Ben Hollingsworth) and whether he was the one who fired the gun. But it seems this could be the least of his worries as viewers will see him caught up on his own drama involving Calvin (David Cubitt). After a menacing threat, could Brady end up dead?

Brady made some big moves in season two of Virgin River; fans saw him getting in deep with Calvin’s crew.

He was forced to show his commitment to the cause by killing Spencer (Chad Rock), who was working with Jack and the police to take down Calvin’s operation.

The final scenes of season two revealed Brady didn’t kill Spencer, in fact, he saved his life.

Brady drove Spencer and his family to the bus station where they left town.

Netflix users also learned Brady was going to be arrested in the finale after being involved in multiple levels of the drug distribution ring.

Did Calvin pull some strings and bail him out, thus, in turn, Brady now owes him?

In a TVLine exclusive video, Calvin and Brady had a conversation and the ringleader threatening to murder Brady “in time”.

“What the hell are you doing here?” Brady demanded and the mob leader replied: “Come to deliver a message; nobody likes a snitch.”

“I had nothing to do with the raid,” Jack’s brother said.

“Really? You’re not responsible for flipping Spencer?” Calvin wondered. “You know if not for a law employee I’d be in jail right now.

“Were you surprised? When your police friend showed up and there was no money, no drugs, because they were.”

“If you’re going to kill me just do it,” Brady remarked.

And Calvin continued: “In time, my time. And when I do, unlike Spencer, you’ll stay dead.

“Course, on the plus side, you did try to make up for everything considering what happened to Jack.

“I want you to remember something; someday soon, all these law enforcement types are going to go back home, but I’ll still be here,” he finished.

As for Calvin mentioning “everything that happened to Jack”, is he hinting at Brady being responsible?

Fans added their thoughts to the suggestion.

One said: “I think it was Preacher. He thinks Jack told paiges brother inlaw she was in town.”

“My guess is the out of state recruiter for the restaurant. I think she did it! She wants Preacher to leave and Jack is in the way of that,” another wrote.

A third added: “Most likely a man shot Jack. Chairs were knocked over, so obviously there was a scuffle.”

Virgin River seasons one and two are available to watch on Netflix now and season three drops July 9.
