The 19-year-old brunette beauty is currently holidaying in Dubai with her family, and HStikkytokky took to social media to reveal his plan.
Appearing in a new video wearing a white tank top, he said: “Gemma Owen’s in Dubai? Oi I am active tonight.
“I’m not even joking bro I’ll go smash her. Alright I’m active I’m going to go on a Gemma Owen hunt tonight boys.”
Fans commented on the clip, with one writing: “she wouldnt even sniff in his direction,” while another penned: “He's absolutely got zero chance of getting off with Gemma. She is a whole different league.”

In a separate video, the TikToker told his thousands of fans: “I’m going to Cove beach to go and try and get Gemma Owen. She’s looking leng.”
Gemma, who is believed to be single after splitting from Luca Bish, has been stunning fans with her Dubai selfie while lapping up the sun on her luxury holiday.
The model and dressage rider basked in the Middle Eastern sunshine and paid tribute to the city's golden glow in one snap.
Showing off her bronzed tan, Gemma pouted at the camera in a close-up selfie.
