NETFLIX fans have been left horrified and "needing therapy" after watching the new chilling thriller, Muted as they say "the last scene was crazy".

The new show follows Sergio, a young man who goes mute after allegedly pushing both of his parents out of a high-rise apartment.

Sergio refuses to talk about what happened, so a psychologist decides to release him from juvenile custody to observe his behaviours as he returns to the crime scene.

Viewers were left wondering whether Sergio murdered his parents or not.

However, all of this was revealed at the end in the final scene, which caught viewers off guard and was distressing.

Those at home were left terrified after seeing the disturbing scene with many saying that "they need therapy" after watching on Twitter.
