TEEN Mom Jenelle Evans announced it was 'mom bod summer' as she showed off her curves in a tiny bikini.

The mother-of-three proved she was more than comfortable in her own skin as she relaxed by her pool.

Jenelle, 29, shared a selection photos and short videos on her Instagram stories depicting how she was coping with the soaring temperatures.

With her dark hair up in a bun and a pair of dark sunglasses on, she captioned a Boomerang of herself wearing the red and white floral two-piece – "#mombodsummer".

She added the temperature was 87F but that it "feels like 1000 degrees".

But the reality star still found the energy to mime along to Britney Spears' Crazy while dancing around in her backyard.

Only stopping for a snack plate of cucumber and cheese, she explained: "First thing I've had to eat all morning."

Jenelle has been confidently showing off her figure lately after clapping back at body-shamers who hounded her on social media over her figure.

Despite previously complaining that her "butt hangs out" of all her bikinis, the star was seen dancing and showing off her behind on TikTok.

She gyrated and shook her hips in the clip of her dancing to Doja Cat's hit song Boom, which she captioned: "Dance like no one’s watching.

Yesterday the MTV star shared she's suffering from "nauseousness, anxiety and heart palpitations."

The mom added she "can't work" since being diagnosed with a spinal cord disorder, syringomyelia.

Jenelle shared in her new YouTube video: "What also sucks is I'm sitting here editing stuff, and then like I go in and out of 'nauseousness.' I go in and out of anxiety.

"I feel like I have heart palpitations. I don't know what's going on with me, but it's taking everything in my power just to like edit videos and look at the computer screen, and then it's like I have to lay back down.

"I get nauseous. I have to lay back down. I get up. I have to lay back down. I get up. I try again, and then like right now. My head hurts."

Later in the video, she shared she was going for another doctor's appointment and getting a special MRI.

Earlier this month, Jenelle said it was a "waiting game" before she could become paralyzed from her spinal cord disorder.
