Stacey Solomon has declared she is sure she burns more than 1,000 calories during sex with her fiance Joe Swash during an appearance Loose Women episode.
Host Kaye Adams asked the panel if they had seen that Weight Watchers was now giving fit points for those who have sex as they adopted healthy routines in a new debate.
She then mimicked herself lying still on her back and joked that the only calorie she would burn during was turning off the light.
Stacey, 31, then joked: "Do you know what, Kaye, I am like you, and I still feel like I burn 1,000 calories! I think, God, I am working hard!
"I do! I am pretty sure I could have a whole mars bar after!"
Stacey and Joe, 39, share a child Rex, 2, and she recently announced she's pregnant with her second child.
Discussing the pregnancy, she revealed: "Aww, they are so excited, Rex has no idea, he's not at that age, he loves his animals, you know what he is like, I think he will love it.
"We are just so grateful and feel so privileged to have the chance to have another baby, we love being parents, it's our favourite thing in the whole wide world, we just cannot wait."
The TV star also told how she was in denial about the new pregnancy after having a devastating miscarriage last year.

Kaye said: "Stacey I am so excited about your wonderful news!
"Does it feel good to have it out there?"
Stacey replied: "Having it out there was never a worry, but you know what I was like, girls, I was in denial.
"I thought, 'You never know, don't think it might not happen again, it might happen, it might not happen.
"We wanted to wait for a point where it was actually happening, it was actually happening."

Nadia asked: "Sometimes it's nice to have that to yourself isn't it?".
Stacey replied: "Yeah, although sometimes it's not that great is it?
"Sometimes it's nice to share your experiences, good or bad, and sometimes it's nice to fester in a cave on your own and go, 'I've got to stay safe and stay tired and stay in'.
"I am so excited girls, honestly."
Nadia then discussed Stacey's home, Pickle Cottage and the couple's decision to call their baby 'little pickle'.
She said: "If it's a girl you could call her Picklelily!"
Stacey joked: "That's a lovely suggestion."
Nadia then asked: "And if it's a boy…?".
"If it's a boy, Picklewilly!" Stacey replied.
