The Masked Singer UK star Martine McCutheon has shared a wild theory of which famous face could be inside the Sausage disguise.

The second series of outrage ITV guessing game is well underway and viewers have been going wild over which celebrities could be behind the wacky costumes.

Swan and Sausage found themselves in the bottom two on Saturday night and were forced to go head-to-head in the dread Face Off.

Celebrity detectives Davina McCall, Rita Ora, Jonathan Ross and Mo Gilligan opted to send Swan home from the competition.

EastEnders icon and Love Actually star Martine McCutheon was unveiled as the famous face behind the glamorous disguise.

Since getting the boot from the competition, the Perfect Moment hitmaker has let slip who she thinks is behind the Sausage mask.

Speaking to Daily Star and other press, Martine explained: "I think because they were on the same show as me and I heard them the most, I think Sausage is phenomenal.

"She's got one of those very obvious brilliant soulful voices you just can't deny.

"I don't have a clue who it is but I'm going to say I think it Joss Stone and Sausage will win it."

While Martine is convinced Sausage is the Fell In Love With A Boy singer, a majority of viewers are convinced that Sheridan Smith is behind the mask.

Mother-of-one Martine detailed how each contestant had a person allocated to them, alongside two members of the wardrobe team who were "sworn to secrecy contractually".

She admitted: "I was saying to everyone, 'Oh, come on tell me who this is, tell me who this is!'

"And I was like 'Is Sausage Anastasia?', 'Oh, no, I know, is she Joss Stone?' I really think she's Joss Stone," before adding: “Your guess is as good as mine."

Martine also revealed that she built huge tent in her garden in a bid to hide the fact she was taking part in the show from her young son Rafferty, five.

She said: "At one point I had a marquee in my garden and I said to my little boy that it was out there because I was doing a little audition for Great British Bake Off."

"He said 'I hope you get to do it mummy, that's a show that I like' but really I was hiding in a tent dressed as a Swan."

Fans will have to wait and see who will be the fourth celebrity to be unmasked this weekend.

The Masked Singer UK continues on ITV on Saturday at 7pm
