Love Island’s Jessie set for heartbreak as Will tells Layla ‘I gravitate towards you’
February 14, 2023Jessie Wynter and Will Young could soon be a thing of the past in Love Island.
During tonight's reported dumping bonanza, which sees at least four islanders bidding farewell to that juicy £50,000 prize, Will and newcomer Layla Al-Momani get to know each other damn well on the main villa's terrace.
"You shocked me… You're more chatty than I thought you would be," she tells him, to which he admits: "I feel like I gravitate to you…"
"Yeah same, which is cute!" smiles Layla, as the TikTok farmer cheekily asks: "Does that mean we're going to share a bed then… or?"
As teased in yesterday's preview, talk between them quickly morphs into smooching,. Could this spell the end of Will and Jessie?
One person who will be interested to see this unfold is dumped islander Anna-May Robey, who at one time theorised Jessie was "playing a bit of a game".
"She went straight to Will and, I think at the beginning, she thought it was more of a friend vibe with him – she said he wasn't really her type," she explained.
"So, yeah, I think maybe their conversations could have developed a bit after that. But because she didn't give anyone else a chance and she knew the public loved Will and stuff – maybe that's why she went for him in a way."
On the contrary, prior to entering the Love Island villa, Jessie confessed that she'd already set her sights on Will, telling The Sun: "My dream is to have a big farm with six or seven kids. So Farmer Will certainly interests me.
"I'm not the best farmer. I gave it a crack and I can pretend I'm a good farmer. Farmer Will definitely does interest me. I'm from Australia, I'm a country girl, speaking to people who have grown up in that similar environment will be great."
Elsewhere in tonight's episode, one of the Casa Amor challenges is for the shortest boy to kiss the girl he fancies the most, resulting in Casey O'Gorman giving Sanam Harrinanan a snog.
"Casey is a good kisser, I can't lie, he knows what he's doing," she later reflects before the two grow a bit closer on the daybeds.
"You’re making me shy, I haven’t felt this way in a little while," Sanam tells him.
"What are you feeling like?" he quizzes, with her replying: "Butterflies…"
Casey says: "I would say that you're definitely top so far, but I just hope that's reciprocated…" as she responds: "You're definitely my top, 100%!"
Love Island airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
