Katie Price left 'broken-hearted' as trolls post Harvey's face on jihadi brideFebruary 17, 2019
The mum-of-five defiantly posted the sickening image on her social media page, vowing to continue shaming his attackers.
Now a source has told The Sun Online that the latest attack has given Katie further ammunition to make Harvey's Law stick after winning the backing of a parliamentary committee.
The insider said: "Katie’s heart breaks whenever she sees such disgusting abuse and she wishes to protect Harvey as she is his voice of reason.
"He is the reason she began this campaign and she will not stop until this is a law.
"She is grateful for the support of the House of Commons and is continuing to work alongside them to make online bullying a criminal offence.
"Katie continues to post what she finds on social media to create awareness for this constant abuse Harvey receives.
"Some people do not understand how severe and regular this abuse is.
"This will not stop until #HarveysLaw is in place."
No10 hinted Theresa May could back new laws, after Katie won over Members of Parliament in January.
Urging MPs to unite behind the proposed new law, ex-gamour model Katie said: "I think anyone who is going to be listening to what I have to say, if they don't agree with it then they have no heart, no soul, no morals.
"This should stop. Anyone can become or have a disability, anyone could be getting abuse.
"This is nothing to do with me whatsoever, it's for everyone getting abuse online."
Harvey has Prader-Willi Syndrome, is partially sighted and also struggles with septo-optic dysplasia.
Despite disgusting abuse over his looks and disabilities, Katie doesn't think Harvey should be left out of having a social media presence.
On his account today, gave an example of the daily barrage of abuse he gets online and asked trolls: "Why do this to me?"
The image he shared was of his face photoshopped onto a hijab, with the caption: "Let me back you c***s".
It referred to Jihadi bride Shamima Begum who today gave birth in Syria after begging to return home to the UK.
Disgusted by the online attack, Harvey's mum said: "This is why I need to get online abuse a criminal offence.
"These people should be named and shamed saying stuff about my son @mrharveyprice."
Horrified followers told Harvey to ignore the hate, while Katie was forced to block comments on her page.
