I’ve put weight on since Love Island but I don’t care as I love eating takeaways, says Tasha Ghouri | The Sun

LOVE Island star Tasha Ghouri said she loves her new figure after "putting on weight" since the ITV2 dating show.

The reality star, 24, said she is "embracing" her body more than ever and admitted she likes "eating takeaways and desserts" without having to worry about her physique.

The model and dancer from North Yorkshire said she feels no pressure when it comes to going to the gym, saying there is "no perfect body shape".

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Tasha said: "I’ll be honest I have put a bit of weight on since Love Island, but I like eating, I like takeaways, I like having desserts and I want to embrace that.

"I have a love hate relationship with the gym, sometimes I go and I feel good but I don’t pressure myself to go all the time.

"I go when I feel like it and I think that’s the relationship with the gym should be – go when you feel like it.

"There is no question having to be this perfect body shape – be what makes you happy."

Although she may appear confident when posing for sexy lingerie shoots, Tasha admitted that she still struggles with body confidence at times.

"I do struggle with body confidence and a lot of people do in their own ways," she told us at the Dirty Dancing Gala.

"Everyone is going to have that little voice in the back of your head but it’s about staying strong and being confident.

"Doing photoshoots is about empowering everyone and their body.

"It’s about being strong and confident in yourself, that’s why I do these shoots, so you can feel beautiful in lingerie and beautiful no matter what body shape, gender and no matter what you are.

"I do feel strong and confident but I definitely do feel nervous on those shoots.

"You have to just go for it and do it with confidence."

Earlier this month, Tasha, who was a finalist in last year's series, sizzled as she modelled the lacy baby doll and matching red thong from adult retailer Ann Summers.

She wore her long blonde hair had been swept into a wavy ponytail and she completed her sizzling look with a pair of statement silver earrings.

And her boyfriend and fellow Love Island star Andrew Le Page posted a string of red flames emojis.

Despite being tested in the Love Island villa, Tasha and Andrew have gone from strength to strength since returning to the UK.

They recently moved into their new home, and have loved sharing glimpses of it on social media.
