ITV viewers rage after soap quiz is cancelled last minute in another major schedule shake up | The Sun
December 6, 2022A LAST minute switch-up on ITV left its viewers confused following a schedule change.
Fans of the channel were tuned in to watch The Big Quiz: Coronation Street Vs. Emmerdale, but things didn't go to plan.
At the last minute, they were informed that a "last minute schedule change" had been made, and the channel switched to an old repeat episode of Beat the Chasers.
Of course, soap fans were not happy, as they'd settled in to watch the exciting new quiz featuring their favourite actors.
It took them moments to head to social media to quiz exactly what had happened there.
One blasted the channel on Twitter, telling them to "get your s**t together."

Another wrote: "Erm why is my Sky TV guide telling me that #BeatTheChasers is on instead of the #BigSoapQuiz?"
They added: What’s going on?”
A fellow ITV viewer who'd tuned in was complaining on the social media site, writing: "Ah fuming, I was looking forward to the big quiz!!!”.
They'd all been geared up to watch the 2022 version of The Big Quiz, which sees beloved soap stars go head-to-head.

Mark Charnok – who plays Marlon Dingle – was heading up the Emmerdale team.
Whilst Jack P. Shepherd – best known as Corrie's David Platt – was the captain of their team.
Whilst the quiz was initially listed on the schedule for Monday, December 5 at 9:15pm, it will now air on ITV1 on Friday December 9 at 9:15pm.
