The former Gogglebox star looked sensational in a blush coloured waterfall dress teamed with a diamante rhinestone personalised birthday hat.
The presenter let her hair down to celebrate her milestone age and enjoyed a boozy night out with her boyfriend.
Earlier in the day, the TV beauty gave her fans a sneak peek of her stunning birthday outfit.
She wrote: "CHAPTER 30 begins 💝 I am so grateful for feeling so blessed with the family, friends and supporters I have.
"From the bottom of my heart thank you for letting this little northern lass live her dream everyday."
The I'm a Celeb champion hit back at the bullies who have previously trolled her.
She continued: "Too busy loving the people that love me to even think about the people who dislike me. Remember bullies and trolls are like sandpaper, the more they wear you down, the more polished you become."
The star shared a series of snaps from her night out including one of her raising a glass to celebrate.
Scarlett also posted a sweet photo alongside her gorgeous mum Betty captioning the pic "best friends".
Scarlett and her beau looked like they had a smashing night after she shared a sweet snap of the pair looking cosy but exhausted, she wrote: "Hungover slightly."
The celebrations continued all weekend as the birthday girl was treated to a slap up meal.
The telly favourite wore a vibrant red, orange and pink matching co-ord as she tucked into a plate of muscles.
Scarlett called on her fans for advice last week after she had a panic about her new landmark age.
She wrote: "Last week of being in my 20s. Turning the big 30 on Saturday. I know I’m becoming an adult because I like red wine and olives 😂 any advice for what life is like in your 30s or anything you wish someone had told you as you approached 30? Love you lot."
Scott jokingly replied: "Yeah…don't spill red wine on white bedding as it's a nightmare to get clean."
While other fans reassured the TV star that being 30 can be just as fun as your twenties.
Former Made in Chelsea star Ashley James wrote: "It's even better than your 20s. Honestly it's just the best. You start to love yourself more, worry less what people think, and just start to tolerate less but appreciate the good stuff more!!"
Another fan posted: "As a woman, the best decade OF YOUR LIFE!!!!!! everyone told me this when I turned 30 and it was completely true!"
