GEMMA Collins has been so busy she has been "forgetting to eat" which has helped her to lose even more weight, a pal has claimed.
The shrinking star has amazed fans with her slimmed-down figure and has changed her lifestyle completely, even adopting a new vegan diet.
The reality queen, 38, owes her new trim figure to being so busy with her booming fashion business and reality TV show that she has little time to eat.
A source told The Sun Online: "It's kind of a double edged sword. You're so busy – and people don't believe it when they hear you say, 'Oh, I forgot to eat.'
"But she's running around so much she's still burning all those calories. That's where she is at right now – she is just so busy.
"The majority of people who struggle with their weight, after work you go home and you sit in front of the TV and have a curry and then go straight to bed. But she is all over the place."
Gemma has also been surrounding herself with a team of positive people who've been supporting her during her weight loss journey.
She shed an incredible two-and-a half-stone during gruelling training for Dancing On Ice which saw her burn up to 1,500 calories per rehearsal and has managed to keep the weight off.
Our source added: "She's been staying with Dawn Ward for a few days, she is one of the most strong but caring people you will ever meet. She is looking after Gemma – she's got a big sister in Dawn."
Earlier this week, the GC revealed that a new vegan lifestyle has helped her drop pounds.
She wrote on Instagram: "Thanks for your weight loss comments my hard work is defo paying off #veganlifestyle #eatlifenotdeath".
Meanwhile, Gemma is on Simon Cowell's list to take part in the new celeb version of the X Factor.
