Fergus dies in Hollyoaks as Maxine attacks him to save Trish?November 22, 2021
Fergus Collins (Robert Beck) set out to murder Trish Minniver (Denise Welch) in Hollyoaks, but Maxine (Nikki Sanderson) came to her mum’s rescue, attacking the villain with a bottle of champagne!
Trish was left heartbroken last week to discover that her beloved Fergus was not only the mastermind behind operation Bluebird, but that he’d attempted to traffic Maxine.
She apologised profusely to Maxine for failing to believe her, and thus set in motion the ultimate plan to destroy Fergus for the damage he’s done.
Trish acquired a recording device from Joel Dexter (Rory Douglas-Speed), with the intention of getting Fergus’ confession on tape.
Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas), however, thought the plan was a terrible idea, telling Maxine that she should stop her mum before it’s too late, revealing that Fergus is a killer!
Maxine, horrified, did all she could to get in contact with Trish, but she was out of time, as Trish had already set her plan in motion, telling Fergus all about how she knows he’s behind Bluebird.
Fergus was stunned, but Trish played her part well, doing all she could to convince him that she didn’t care about the morality of his sick project, as long as it continued to make them money.
Trish then claimed she was finished with dancing, and thus when they moved to Mexico, she suggested she could assist him with all of his horrific criminal acts.
Fergus, however, saw through her plot, and ordered her to remove the wire she was wearing before he forcefully did it himself. The evil property tycoon then told a terrified Trish that he was going to kill her, but Maxine interrupted before he could do so.
Maxine ordered him to get away from Trish, but when Fergus failed to listen to her request, she picked up a nearby champagne bottle and cracked it over his head!
Fergus fell to the floor, unconscious.
Has Maxine killed him? Is he dead? What’s more, is his reign of terror finally at an end?
