Emmerdale’s Charley Webb enjoys reunion with Emma Atkins and Lucy Pargeter in sweet snap

Charley Webb enjoyed a reunion with her former Emmerdale co-stars Emma Atkins and Lucy Pargeter on Friday night.

Taking to Instagram, the former Debbie Dingle star, 35, posed for a heartwarming selfie with Charity Dingle star Emma, 47, and Chas Dingle star Lucy, 46.

In the snap, Charley held onto a drink as she posed to the camera while Emma beamed and Lucy smiled as they enjoyed their reunion together.

Charley, who regularly spends time with her former co-stars and is married to David Metcalfe star Matthew Wolfenden, simply penned: "ily."

Last year, Emma sweetly discussed her "unique friendship" with former co-star and best friend Charley in an exclusive chat and photoshoot with OK!

The actress plays the iconic Charity on the ITV soap while Charley played her on-screen daughter Debbie — Charley revealed last year that she had quit Emmerdale after 19 years.

Speaking to OK! at an exclusive shoot with Lucy, Emma likened Charley to a “mother figure” despite the fact she’s 13 years younger than her.

The actress also revealed that they live round the corner from each other and that their children are "inseparable" – Emma has son Albert and Charley has sons Buster, Bowie and Ace with fellow Emmerdale star Matthew.

It comes as Charley revealed last year that she had quit Emmerdale after 19 years of playing Debbie Dingle on the ITV soap.

In January 2022, the actress finally addressed rumours that she had quit the long-running ITV series as she answered a question from a fan during a Q&A session she participated in on Instagram Stories.

Posting a photo of herself with husband and fellow Emmerdale star, Matthew, and their three children Buster, 12, Bowie, seven, and Ace, three, Charley explained her decision behind leaving the soap.

“This is always my most asked question but I’ve never answered it before because I’ve never wanted to make a big deal of it,” she captioned.

“I left to have Ace 2 years ago. I went back at the end of last year for 10 weeks to complete a storyline. So, I guess officially it’s been a year.

"I never felt the need to announce it which is why we didn’t.”

More recently, Charley returned to television screens in BBC drama Better, playing the role of Elise.

Elsewhere, the star was forced to close down her "dream" business after opening it up with her husband back in 2020 earlier this year.

Charley set up Nordi Baby, which sells Scandinavian-style wooden children’s toys, with her husband Matthew and his brother David just three years ago.

Taking to Instagram, Charley said: “@nordi_babi is closing. I’ve loved this chapter and the journey it’s taken us on but we just don’t have the time to run it the way we want to.”

“I love everything Scandi so this has been a dream,” She added.
