In upcoming scenes on EastEnders, Martin Fowler (played by James Bye) will be shocked to see a moving van outside of Ruby Allen’s (Louisa Lytton) house. The icon will rush over to discover what’s happening only to be met by Dotty Cotton (Milly Zero) who informs him Ruby has decided to sell her house. Martin is left panicked as he has no idea where he will live with his children.

Martin faces a further knock back when it is revealed Ruby has left Dotty in charge of the club.

Her first decision as manager leads to her firing Martin. Without a job and a home, Martin’s prospects don’t look too good.

Could Martin be left begging Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) to return to No.31 so his kids are safe?

Jean is currently furious with Ruby after she was arrested for having drugs in a garage.

The matriarch took matters into her own hands as she gave the police a very detailed account of how Ruby was a drug dealer.

The police arrived in Walford in last week’s episodes and Ruby was taken away in the back of a police car.

Ruby begged Martin to tell the police she was pregnant and explain she was innocent.

However, Martin was also done with Ruby’s lies after he discovered she was responsible for Stacey (Lacey Turner) going to jail.

He also learned she had lied about being pregnant in the past and how she miscarried one of their unborn children.

Fed up, Martin turned his back on Ruby siding with Jean. But could this be his biggest mistake?

With Ruby now annoyed with how Martin handled her arrest, it looks like she will take revenge.

Ruby, who is actually pregnant, looks set to move away from Walford for a new life with her baby.

By selling her house and handing control of the club over to Dotty, she has well and truly cut herself off from Albert square.

She’s also left Martin with no home and no jib. He also believes she’s not pregnant, insisting she has lied about the baby.

Could Ruby be planning to give birth away from the Square before returning with a bombshell announcement?

Fans know Ruby actress Louisa has stepped back from her role on EastEnders as she take maternity leave.

Louise gave birth to her first child earlier this month with her partner Ben Bhanvra.

She posted a black and white snap of the trio all holding hands on her official Instagram page.

Announcing the news, she wrote: “And then there were three… Welcome to the world, We are utterly overwhelmed with love.”

Louisa filmed her last scenes for EastEnders in July and has explained she’s not sure on when she will return.

EastEnders airs Monday on BBC One at 8pm.
