Corrie blunder as knicker factory staff make hilarious ‘Sex Boob’ mistake

February 22, 2019

Coronation Street fans were left in stitches over an awkward knicker factory blunder.

Staff in Underworld couldn’t believe it when Paul pointed out that they’d been stitching the wrong phrase on an order of novelty knickers.

They were meant to be fixing a patch that read "Sex Bomb" onto red pairs of undies.

But as he was packing the order into boxes, Paul noticed they actually read "Sex Boob".

When he questioned how no one had noticed while making them, Beth said: "We’re not paid to think."

As Paul told the workers factory boss Nick was angry about the mix-up, Kirk suggested they turn them into novelty hats instead.

People tuning in couldn’t stop laughing at the mistake, especially when Kirk described it as a "cock-up".

One said on Twitter : "Kirk: “What a cock up!” Hilarious"

Another suggested:"New Corrie hashtag?  # sexboob"

Paraphrasing Tom Jones’ hit song, another said: "Sex Boob, Sex Boob, you’re my Sex Boob! And baby you can turn me on!"

"Kirks got the right idea use the knickers as superman hats," one laughed.

And another cheekily said: "Carla’s got a cock-up in her knickers"
