July 21, 2023CORONATION Street's Paul Foreman collapses in the street as he struggles to cope with his condition.
The character – played by Peter Ash – has been left devastated after being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in the ITV soap.
He has already lost the use of one hand, and in upcoming scenes, it seems Paul will have more difficulty walking, which leads to a fall.
Pictures see Paul walking with a cane while wearing grey joggers, a pale blue T-shirt, coat and backpack.
But suddenly his feet give way and he crashes to the floor before struggling to get back up.
With no one seemingly around to help him, Paul manages to use his cane to pull himself into a seated position, but Coronation Street viewers will have to wait and see how the scene concludes.

The pictures come just days after it was revealed that Paul would ask is partner Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) to help him end his life when the time comes.
As a vicar, his request horrifies Billy, who has a very different view of life and death.
Daniel revealed: "Billy is absolutely horrified. Because it not only goes against his own personal moral stance, but also his role as an archdeacon is very much about celebrating the life they've got left rather than terminating it.
"He wants them to have more time together, not less. So he's absolutely horrified that Paul is even considering it."

He continued: "Billy is very fixated on the fact that Paul isn't christened and now he wants to end his life, so he is worried that he may not go to heaven and they won't see each other in the afterlife.
"So his view on things is very different. I think there's a lot of reasons, both personally professionally and spiritually, why Billy is against the assisted dying thing."
Coronation Street airs on ITV1 and is available on ITVX.
