Bradley Walsh locked horns with Shaun Wallace over the infamous 2000 film Gladiator as they argued over the ultimate fight scene at the end of the movie on The Chase.
During Monday’s visit to the ITV gameshow studio, the beloved Coronation Street legend welcomed viewers back as he introduced the latest quartet of quiz heads ready to battle it out for a chance to take home the jackpot.
This week, Vidal, Laura, Dai and Allie teamed up to take on Shaun ‘The Dark Destroyer’ Wallace where they struggled to beat the former Mastermind winner at the general knowledge round.

But this time, the cause for contention wasn’t his mind-boggling answers to the most obscure questions, but his recollection of the Roman action movie starring Russel Crowe, Joaquin Phoenix and Connie Nielsen.
As Laura stepped up to the podium to take on the professional quizzer, the brunette beauty was stumped when it came to a question about the fan-favourite film.
However, Shaun was quick to jump in with the correct answer which left a sour taste in the TV host’s mouth as he argued against his point about the final fight scene in the dramatic movie.
