MIKAYLA DEMAITER boasted of being the "reigning bikini queen" in a series of busty new snaps.

Mikayla, 23,has shot to prominence on social media after quitting ice hockey to become a model.

She hung up her stick in 2020 and has been dubbed the world’s sexiest ice hockey star.

The influencer now boasts 2.3million followers on Instagram.

And she lived up to her nickname with her latest post, posing in a black bikini.

Mikayla captioned it: "Do and always will hold the title of the reigning bikini queen."

Mikayla announced her retirement from hockey in an emotional social media post in 2020.

She wrote: "It is time to say goodbye. It is time to turn the page and move to the next chapter of my life, for the first time you will not be my number one focus.

"I want to thank you for the places we’ve gone together. I also want to thank you for all the friends you have made me.

"My family sends their best as well. I know they will definitely miss seeing us together.

"I am excited for the future because everything you have taught me will allow me to succeed.

"There will still be early mornings, new adventures and new friends, and I hope that I embrace them with the same love and passion I did for you."

She used to play for the Bluewater Hawks in the Canadian Provincial Women's Hockey League.
