When Oklahoma coach Lincoln Riley received word his Big 12 champion Sooners had earned the final spot in the College Football Playoff, he wasn't just sitting around waiting for the announcement. He was getting ready to go on a recruiting visit.
Riley posted a quick message to OU fans on Twitter as he and a pair of his assistant coaches were preparing for takeoff: "Boomer Sooner!"
