The Brazilian star, 27 today, appeared to be enjoying his "nuit rouge" (red night) in Paris despite nursing the foot injury set to keep him out for months.

Amongst the stars were Paris Saint-Germain team-mates Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani, along with now-Chelsea ace David Luiz.

Brazilian surfer Gabriel Medina was also on the red carpet for the star-studded bash, along with French DJ Bob Sinclar at the fashionable Pavillon Gabriel, close to the iconic Champs-Elysees.

Footballing superstars Dani Alves, Gianluigi Buffon, Thiago Silva and Angel Di Maria also threw on their red clothes for last night's party.

Neymar even invited his boss, PSG head coach Thomas Tuchel.

But it wasn't just a night for the celebs, as Neymar ensured he gave son Davi Lucca a hug on the red carpet.

The Brazilian also had mum Nadine, sister Rafaella and dad Neymar Snr at the party.

Neymar ensured his colour scheme was adhered to in the French capital – even ensuring he brought red crutches to the event.

The former Barcelona star is set to miss at least ten weeks of action after injuring his foot in the French Cup in over Strasbourg.

Neymar will now miss both legs of PSG's Champions League last-16 showdown with Manchester United.

But boss of the Ligue 1 giants,  Tuchel has revealed he still expects to beat the Premier League club, even without the £198million forward.

Following their 2-1 loss to Lyon, Tuchel revealed: “I do not know if we missed them.

"But it’s clear that we do not have a second Neymar or a second [Marco] Verratti.

“But I full confidence in the other players [to beat United].”
